This program is for you if you have a goal in mind (or you don't know what your goal is yet) and you don't know how to get there. We'll break it down and create accountability structures to get you somewhere that feels good.

Our primary focus is shifting your mindset on HOW you set and achieve goals, so that you're better prepared to tackle anything that comes your way.

This is for two 45-minute sessions a month, along with email support from me in-between when you need a warm hug or kick in the ass.

You'll also receive a wrap up email after every session highlight what we discussed, additional resources, and an action plan to make progress on your goal.
